The La Sportiva Lycan II Trail Running Shoe is ideal for medium distance runners who love cushioning and a wider, higher volume fit. The sole of the shoe is borrowed from the Mutant and is extremely technical so this makes the Lycan II great on steep and muddy terrain as well as just the flat stuff. 

Besides the wider fit, at the heart of the Lycan II is their injected EVA midsole. This cushioning compound delivers comfort kilometre after kilometre which makes it very popular as a training shoe as well as events or just general use.
