Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko by UTMB® is the spot-on alpine ultra nestled in New South Wales’ snowy high country. With routes winding through snow gum forests, alpine meadows, and the ascent to Mt Kosciuszko, it delivers wild beauty and trail bliss to newbies and seasoned ultra athletes alike. It’s part of the UTMB® World Series—meaning every stage earns Running Stones toward Mont-Blanc glory .

Races at a Glance:

KosciMiler (≈161 km) – ~5,000 m elevation gain, ultra-endurance terrain .
Kosci100 (~106.5 km) – ~3,030 m ascent through rugged alpine vista .
Kosci50 (50 km) – ~1,300 m elevation; fun, runnable, and highly rewarding .
Kosci30 (~32 km) – beginner-friendly with non-technical trails and big views .

All races conclude in Thredbo, the alpine village in Kosciuszko National Park, just a short drive from Jindabyne . The 2025 event is slated for 27–29 November .
