It weighs only 20 grams and fits in your pocket so you can have an easy to use stick clip no matter where you go. Most sport climbing crags have a "crag stick", and if not there's usually a branch lying around. The Klippa securely attaches straight to any stick (or telescopic pole for that matter) so you don't have to fumble with finger tape or trickery to get that first quickdraw safely clipped.
