It comes with an extension pipe for use with bulky clothing and can be stored in the Extreme case. The manufacturer recommends practicing with the device in the shower before using it in the field.

The extension pipe is an extra length pipe that fits easily to your Shewee funnel for use if you’re wearing bulky clothing or enjoy extreme winter sports.
