The La Sportiva Helixir Shell Jacket is a technical 3-layer hardshell designed for mountaineering, alpine climbing, and big wall adventures where durability, weather protection, and freedom of movement are critical. Combining a high-performance waterproof membrane with ultra-strong Spectra® fibres, it delivers exceptional resistance to abrasion while maintaining a lightweight and mobile feel.

Engineered for demanding mountain environments, the Helixir Shell features a 20,000mm waterproof rating and a breathable 3-layer construction to provide reliable protection from rain, wind, and snow. Pre-shaped sleeves, articulated shoulders, and an ergonomic helmet-compatible hood allow unrestricted movement when climbing or navigating technical terrain. 

The regular fit is designed to accommodate layering systems for alpine use, while an elasticated waist and adjustable cuffs help seal out the elements. Two chest pockets with water-resistant YKK® AquaGuard® zips provide secure storage that remains accessible when wearing a harness or pack.
