The Masters Scout poles are arguably the best value for money trekking poles you'll find. Italian made with high grade 5083 alloy all for under 100 bucks. Trekking poles are a must have on long hikes and treks. Not only do they save your knees on the downhills but they also help you travel at a good fast pace on the flats, not to mention the extra stability on uneven terrain when carrying a pack. 

Using high quality DuPont® plastics expansion adjusters, they maintain maximum strength on the most demanding treks. The Composite cork handle is grippy and robust. Supplied with 50mm baskets and steel tips - these scouts will go the distance.
