Approx how much to these pants weigh please? Other womens waterproof pants (nylon) you have are quoted at 130g or 300g (the cheaper ones) but are they as waterproof as these gore-tex ones?

These Outdoor Research Women's Aspire Pants are 277 grams. They're are on the lighter end of what you would class as "all-round" or general use shell pants.

Are these 100% waterproof? I work outside all weathers including downpours all day
Hello!
Thanks so much for your question. So answer is yes, these pants are 100% wateproof. However it is worth nothing that they are made from Gore-Tex Paclite which is one of the thinner and lighter versions of GTX. They are designed to by ultra light and compact in your backpack but aren't as durable as other fabrics. If you are using these frequently for work and they are being pulled through the ringer then there's probably some other models that will last you longer.
If a lightweight waterproof is what you were after than these are awesome. If you would like suggestions on some tougher, heavier waterproof pants than hit me an email at matt.eaton@mountainequipment.com and I'll offer some suggestions.
