Description
The Deuter Aircontact Ultra 50+5 is a lightweight trekking pack designed for thru-hiking, long-distance trekking, fastpacking, and multi-day adventures where keeping weight to a minimum is a priority. With 50 litres of core storage plus an additional 5 litres of expandable capacity, it offers an excellent balance of carrying comfort, durability, and low weight for extended trips.
The Aircontact back system combines a lightweight spring steel frame with breathable Air Spacer mesh to provide effective ventilation and stable load transfer. The Clip & Loop system allows the back length to be adjusted for a personalised fit, while ergonomic Active Fit shoulder straps and padded hip fins provide comfortable support over long distances.
The pack features a removable, height-adjustable lid, roll-top main compartment, modular gear straps, and multiple external mesh pockets. The modular straps can be repositioned to carry additional equipment such as a sleeping mat or tent, or used to compress the load when required.
