Need to fit a little more gear in that pack? The Exped Waterproof Compression bag is perfect for tent flys, tarps, sleeping bags or clothing. Fully tape sealed and in a 70 D taffeta Nylon fabric, it functions perfectly as a roll-top dry bag.

This style of compression bag compresses the width, not the height. So it is particularly useful for tents or similar gear. Or useful when you need to create a long skinny shape to fit that hole you created. It's also particularly useful for when you need to stick gear on the outside of your pack as this shape is more conducive to fitting in rucksack compression straps.
