Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • I wanted to separate the 2 balls and ropes, but now I can't put my rope back into the ball. How can I fix this

Having tested a few of these ourselves, we found that we had no problem with some getting them through again.
But we have noticed that some of the ends where they have been cut, looks a bit bigger and gets stuck when trying to push them through. So would suggest burning the end a little and shape them so they are smaller and that should help.

If you still have problems let us know, or bring them in and we will happily help you get them through.
