Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • How can I exchange if the size is not fit?

    Hi Sherry,

If it doesn't fit just contact us either by phone (02 9264 5888) or email (web@mountainequipment.com) and let us know you'd like a size swap or a refund and we'll email you a prepaid post voucher. Just repackage the goods back up and stick that on and drop it off at a post office.

I hope that answers your question but if not please let me know as I'm happy to help out further.

    Cheers,

    Matt Eaton
