Description
The Petzl Bug Pack is a compact 18-litre backpack engineered specifically for single-day multi-pitch rock climbing, gear transport, and daily active use. Designed with a low-profile ergonomic shape that sits high on the torso, this climbing pack provides complete freedom of shoulder movement and allows unrestricted access to your climbing harness gear loops and chalk bag while on route. Whether you are hauling shoes, water, and rack up multi-pitch classics in the Blue Mountains or tackling long granite routes, the Bug carries everything you need for the climb without getting in your way.
Constructed from high-strength recycled fabric with reinforced base and side panels, the Bug is built to withstand repeated scraping against abrasive sandstone and granite. Functional feature detailing includes an adjustable top rope-carry strap, side compression straps to keep loads stable, an integrated hydration or padded laptop compartment, and multiple internal pockets for keeping topo guidebooks, keys, and essential tools organized. When it is time to tie in, the tuck-away waist belt stows cleanly behind the back panel so it won't interfere with your harness.
Seamlessly bridging the gap between an technical multi-pitch summit pack and a durable daily commuter, the Petzl Bug delivers time-tested vertical performance.
