Octaclava

Description

The Outdoor Research Octaclava is a lightweight, versatile balaclava designed to provide full-coverage protection in cold conditions without sacrificing breathability. Its hinged construction and low-profile hood allow it to be worn comfortably on its own or underneath a ski, snowboard or cycling helmet.

Made from 100% polyester, the Octaclava uses hybrid-mapped construction to provide warmth where it is needed while maintaining breathability. The fabric wicks moisture away from the skin and dries quickly, making it well suited to active pursuits in cold weather.

Thermoregulating ActiveTemp™ technology helps manage body temperature as activity levels increase, while UPF 30 protection provides additional coverage from the sun. The Octaclava is suited to skiing, riding, climbing, cycling and other cold-weather outdoor activities.
