Is there a warranty for this product?

Apologies for the lateness in reply to your question. we're still catching up after the easter weekend. Yes all Mont products come with a warranty. Below is Mont's wording about their warranty. "The Mont Adventure Equipment product warranty covers against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years, commencing from the date of purchase.
Should a problem arise during normal use, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Failure of products due to improper care, abrasive wear, damage caused by accidents, misuse or the breakdown of materials and components through reasonable wear and tear will not be covered by the Mont product warranty. Unauthorized repairs or product modifications may void the warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for any compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
The Mont Adventure Equipment product warranty applies only to Mont Adventure Equipment brand product.
