The Warmlite 550 XT-R Women's is appropriate for temperatures to -1ºC is in intended for general/all-round 3 season use. The XT-R shell fabric is highly water resistant with a 1000mm water head rating but is also incredibly breathable to make sure all the moisture can escape out. The box wall baffle construction is a must for all serious sleeping bags as it increases loft and limits the loss of warm air.
